Since January 2017 I run the back-office for this Small Grant Fund in Nature Conservation. I coordinate the application procedure, contracts, mail and website.

For this small grant fund in health innovations I act as Project Secretary. I support the board, carry out all communications, and manage all back-office tasks.

From January 2017 until July 2017 I was program assistant for this WWF and IUCN-NL initiative.
WWF Netherlands
I love WWF - and they love me :).
I currently support the Science Director and the LPR 2020 team, and in the past, I have also assisted the production team of the bi-annual publication of the Living Planet Report 2016, and the new edition of the Living Planet Report for the Netherlands 2017.
Previously I also worked as PA for the Director of the Market Transformation Initiative, I acted as interim PA for both Conservation Directors and I organised an international event.
TKI Gas/ Dutch Innovation sector
For 2 years (16 hrs a week) I was the office manager for this foundation with the aim to innovate the Gas sector in the Netherlands. I managed the back-office, project management, website, board meetings and some administration.

My tasks here included setting up and running the back-office, including HR issues, newsletters, team meetings, PPT presentations, and other general office related tasks.

I coordinated the rental of the meeting rooms, (proposals, catering, confirmations and invoicing.) Virtually. Plus administrative support for events and programmes.

General office management at a time of explosive growth of the organisation; board meetings, facility management, HR, etc. Implementing general office procedures and professionalising the back-office. Facilitation of the move to a new office.
Do-inc.
Due to the growth of Do-inc. there was a need to hire an office manager to get the office organised, in every aspect. My role was to bring into place administrative procedures, make travel arrangements to mostly Asia and Africa and help with the day-to-day running of the office.
